Country Heat - Review & Results

I have to be honest.  After completing a number of hard core Beachbody Programs Like P90X, P90X3, Body Beast, Hammer & Chisel, 21 Day Fix Extreme, I really was not sure about getting results from a dance based, cardio workout like Country Heat.

I admit I was WRONG!! After 30 days I really did transform my body and I felt like every day was FUN! I looked forward to the workouts and I was not a lover of country music.  You don't have to be!

I also am not THAT coordinated at all. I had a definite fear that the moves would frustrate me as other programs had in the past.

What is COUNTRY HEAT?

Test group members have commented that they were concerned about losing muscle, or that it would not challenge them.  Afterwards they could not believe the transformation. Because its a body weight based workout you not only sweat but you maintain and build lean muscle.  Similar to how a professional dancer builds muscle and cardio endurance.  You can expect the same results!  All while dancing and using basic moves over a 30 minute workout.

The Food

The meal plan is based on Autumn's fool proof portion control system.  Once you learn it you can apply it to literally anything.  But don't worry, I help all my challengers learn this system so they are set up for success! All Challengers use Shakeology so they have at least 30 meals they don't have to cook but at the same time get dense whole food nutrition.

The rest of the meal plan is clean eating.  Even if that is a foreign concept to you, I walk every Challenger thru a "Prep Week" where they learn HOW to meal prep, even giving video tutorials and cheat sheets to ease everyone in.  Even if you have experience here, there is always more to learn.

We subscribe to an 80/20 eating lifestyle.  80% clean and 20% not so clean (love those cheat meals!) This is the make or break part since you cannot out train bad nutrition.


What You Came For: Results


Ron's Results 

My husband Ron has struggled to complete a program for quite some time.  He also has some knee and hip issues.  Notably he has had both his knees cleaned up by trimming torn meniscus.  His goal was to use this 30 day program to drop some fat and pounds so he could begin a lifting program again.


He was part of the online test group.  He admittedly is not savvy to online groups. An App for his Iphone however? He could definitely do that!

Ron reported that hands down, the accountability in the Challenge Group is what kept him going for the 30 days.  T

he app would remind him if he didn't get his workout in and he really wanted to check the box every day! Seems so simple.  But easy to do is also easy NOT to do too! There were days when posting in the group was the EXTRA motivation he needed!

You can not only see his transformation in the pictures but he also said he felt back on track and a great sense of accomplishment because he completed the program.

The 30 minutes seemed to fly by and he worked up a serious sweat.  His FAVORITE meal? The Savory Turkey & Sweet Potato Hash! Eating clean while doing Country Heat doesn't mean eating tasteless boring meals.

My Results

I'm so surprised at my results.  Mainly because a solid 3" came off my waist alone! The workouts were so much fun and 30 minutes EASILY fit into my day.  The moves were basic.  You learned a couple, performed them and then moved on.

If you could walk, you could learn to do this, and you SWEAT! That was the most amazing part to me.  I've done some intense workouts before where I did not sweat like this. Yet I wasn't clutching my chest and heavy breathing.  You just keep moving the entire 30 minutes and your having so much fun you don't realize you are working out.

Autumn Calabrese definitely did it again though! Without getting on the floor, this program is a total waist whittler too.  You can see that in my photos!!

I loved the group accountability and group dynamic.  We all shared and talked about what we loved and struggled with.  Thats the strength of the group, to motivate each other and stay on track!


I am so SOLD on this program that I travelled to New York and am now a Certified Beachbody Live Instructor for Country Heat!! Yep! I am!! I seriously LOVE this program, and the fact that anyone can do it and get results made it a winner in my book!!

Fight Thru Fall!


We all could use accountability!! 

By far the number ONE response I get from challengers is that the accountability they find in the challenge groups is what keeps them going! 

The support of the online group is what encourages them to get their workout in and to stay on track with their nutrition. This formula has worked for me for well over two years!!

The Fall 🍂🍁🎃 season is definitely a time where people begin to backslide! As the weather gets colder, and the days get shorter we just want to go to bed. But then the next thing you know the holidays are upon us-- visits with friends and family are just around the corner!!

But how about we use the next 30 days to FIGHT to create new habits AND to stay on track!? There's NO way I could do it outside of a challenge group- it's just something I know about myself I need that accountability!!!

Katie Bryant's Story
