I've been there, I get it!

I know what happens around this time of year.  the fall clothes come out as Labor Day Weekend begins and for some its NO problem at all.  But for many, its a "Oh no, what the heck happened over the summer?"

The Closet Struggle- Been There
I don't mean to trivialize it one darn bit because I KNOW, I've been there! I remember pulling out the fall clothes bin and having my very own Runway Show except instead of feeling PROUD, I was yanking at my clothes and trying to figure out how to cover up.  On top of how I felt, there was also the fact that I didn't want to invest a bunch of money in clothes to fit my new size.  I wanted to fit back into my clothes.

Those are the cold facts.

It doesn't have to be that way, a struggle to find a new way to hide.  I want you to find a way to feel great AND make progress to stop the FRUSTRATION of the yo yo effect.

To do understand that you don't have to punish yourself, you can start to make some healthy habits.

BUT HOW?

Listen the bottom line is I had tried A LOT of options to START healthy habits but they literally ALWAYS lost steam or didn't start at all!

I am BUSY! Working full time, raising a family its absolutely CRAZY! To be truthful I was also struggling with deep grief and depression.  Figuring ONE MORE THING OUT, that sounded painful.  But I wanted to feel better and get results! TALL ORDER!
