Clean Week! Are you ready?

You have followed me.  
You told me you wish you could do this too.
You were not sure it was for you and didn't want to make a 30 day commitment or do a full month of clean eating......
You told me 30 minutes of exercise is doable....
But your not sure about meal planning and if you could stick to a new lifestyle!

I totally understand – it looks so OVERWHELMING in the beginning, but I PROMISE it gets easier and I am by your side every step of the way!!  

I had to take clean eating in STEPS!! I was afraid of not only failing but failing myself.

The thought of NEVER having a cheeseburger again??? HELL NOPE!  But I have learned to love clean eating.  And to do it in a way that MAKES SENSE!

I call it 80/20 living.  80% on track and 20% not so on track (think treats and cheats) that way I actually STICK to my plan.  I can't be told I have to go cold turkey.  I'd flat out FAIL!

I started my journey to improving my health just 3 years ago!  I can say that I not only have lost 40 lbs but I have totally transformed our families life with the way we are eating.  I am so excited to share with you a brand new tool to help you start understanding the basics of clean eating, introducing yourself to exercise with under 30 minutes a day just 4x a week and a sampler of Shakeology if you would like to give that a try!

Who is Megan Davies 

Megan is an NSCA-certified personal trainer and gym owner. In 2016 she won Beachbody’s fitness reality show THE 20s®, becoming Beachbody’s newest Super Trainer. She is excited to launch her new program, Clean Week, to help people create healthy nutrition and fitness habits in just 7 days.

Clean Week is only ONE WEEK long and will show you how easy it is to make healthy choices and give you the confidence to take the next step. The best part? You do not have to fully commit to an entire challenge pack. This option allows you to sample the program for a week, to help you test out the products and be a part of my support & accountability group so I can teach you how to plan and prep, keep you motivated and share some of my tips and tools with you!

Who is Clean Week for?

This is a great program for beginners and those who have tried a fitness program and failed or haven’t started because they’re afraid to fail. You know you need to make a change, but you’re not sure where to start – Clean Week is your answer! If you want to dip your toes into health and fitness without diving in, this is the perfect program for you!!

We are all afraid to start a new job, buy a new car, make the decision to have a family but all of those things come with risks.  Life is about taking risks and seeing where it will take you.  You have no idea what you are capable until you put your mind to it. You can’t be afraid to give something a try, what’s the worst thing that could happen?  You may have to take extra water breaks or push pause to give yourself some breathing room.  But what are the rewards at the end of the day?

You can look back and say, “I did that”! You can show people your new body, you can wear clothes you’ve been wanting to wear for a long time.  You can pull out that bathing suit that has been hanging in the back of the closet!  The possibilities are endless!  When you feel good about your body, it will show in every aspect of your life!  Other people will see your beauty radiating from within and your positive body image will reflect on others.  You can help end the trend of obesity just by saying “yes” I want to face my fear of failure and prove myself wrong! There is no room for excuses!


How does Clean Week work?

Clean Week is a 7-day fitness and nutrition program designed to introduce you to a healthy lifestyle with new super trainer Megan Davies. You will get 4 workouts, a step-by-step meal planner, and a week’s supply of delicious Shakeology.

The Workouts

Clean Week comes with four 30-minute workouts: cardio, strength, core function, and flexibility. These workouts will be available for FREE on Beachbody on Demand starting October 3rd. You DO NOT need to be a member to access these workouts. The only equipment required is a set of dumbbells for the strength workout. There will be an intensifier available if you want to kick up your workout a notch!!

The Nutrition Plan

There is NO calorie counting in this program!! You will receive a step-by-step meal planner that breaks it all down for you with delicious, nutritious foods and a sample supply of Shakeology. Packed with all the nutrients, vitamins, and protein that you need, Shakeology will help curb your cravings and boost your immunity. The regular Shakeology sampler comes with 2 packets of chocolate, 2 packets of vanilla, 2 packets of cafe latte, and 1 packet of strawberry. There is also a vegan Shakeology sampler available.

The Support and Accountability

The best part of Clean Week is the support and accountability you get from my Challenge Group! In a closed Facebook group starting on October 9th, I will provide you with daily motivation, tips, tricks, and everything you need  to make it through the week successfully!!  I am actually going to be running this group for 14 days! The 9th we will start the plan and prep process and on the 16th will be day 1 of our workouts!  I am going to be adding you to my closed online accountability and support group to give you daily tips, motivation, accountability and more.

Can one week really make a difference?

YES!!! This is the first step in making better choices and building better habits. If you stick with the program for the full 7 days, you will start to see and feel changes in your body. Plus you will increase your confidence and you’ll be ready to continue your fitness journey!!!

Rock Your Skinny Jeans Challenge!


I have gotten amazing results with Beachbody programs. I never thought I'd see my abs and there they were!! I was simply floored! It's not selfish to want to improve yourself, to take care of yourself, and to make YOUR happiness a priority. It is CRITICAL!

I'm Too Busy

I’m a mom, wife and business owner and I know how quickly I can put myself on the end of the priority list!! Mom guilt, its REAL! We feel like we have to be the “Julie the Cruise Director” of everything but our own life!

STOP- and lets get real for a minute. It all does NOT have to be PERFECT either! Nothing is! Its messy, we make mistakes, we don’t get it right the first, second, sometimes THIRD time!! NO MORE! There is always going to be a million other things that will take priority if we don’t put US FIRST! Listen if “Julie” goes down, the ship comes to a screeching HAULT!

What I have learned is taking time for myself makes me a better mom, wife and overall human being. So investing in my health and fitness for a 30 day group, YES I deserve this!

My Exercise Time is My ME Time

My exercise is my therapy! Its ME taking care of me for just 30 minutes a day so I can get on with the rest of my day, have a better attitude and check that damn box!! EVERYTHING is better when I get to have that time to myself! It doesn’t disrupt my daily flow and I feel like a million bucks when its done!

Fuel Your Body Right

I fuel my body with good food and I have the energy to work my full time business, and keep up with my almost 9 and 11 year old kids!

I drink Shakeology daily and it is my insurance policy that boosts my immune system, gives me 1 meal a day I don’t have to cook or think about and I’m getting what I need to function at my BEST.

I know that no matter what the day throws at me I can count on one of my meals to have literally everything I need to keep me at my best, my digestion at its peek and literally a daily dose of dense nutrition.  Some days we cobble our meals together and I need one LESS thing to thing about!

I learned how to eat clean and I taught my family, my kids and my husband to eat the same way! Workouts have become a part of our lifestyle and I feel passionate about passing it along to others!

What do I Eat?

The meal plan is based on a fool proof portion control system. Once you learn it you can apply it to literally anything.  But don't worry, I help all my challengers learn this system so they are set up for success! All Challengers use Shakeology so they have at least 30 meals they don't have to cook but at the same time get dense whole food nutrition.

The rest of the meal plan is clean eating. Even if that is a foreign concept to you, I walk every Challenger thru a "Prep Week" where they learn HOW to meal prep, even giving video tutorials and cheat sheets to ease everyone in. Even if you have experience here, there is always more to learn.

We subscribe to an 80/20 eating lifestyle. 80% clean and 20% not so clean (love those cheat meals!) This is the make or break part since you cannot out train bad nutrition.

What is this Groups Focus?

This month my focus is Rock Your Skinny Jeans- we all want results FAST but I want you learn something and have lasting results past this group!  So instead of wasting your time on something that your trying for that "Hail Mary" pass just before the holidays or a vacation, TRY THIS! Something that is going to get you

We are honoring our bodies by making time for ourselves. We are honoring our bodies by feeding it with good food and I'm going to teach you how!

I'm going to be breaking down meal planning step by step. Giving you simple easy to follow recipes and accountability.  I am also going to be matching you up with a fitness program that meets your needs and guiding you from start to finish of the program we choose!

You will log in daily to our free app based accountability group daily for the tips of the day and motivation and accountability from the other members of the group!

What Next?

So which one is right for you? If you are getting back into fitness OR maybe already workout during the week but maybe it's more inconsistent? I can help you choose.  The key is in the fact there is always a MODIFICATION! And you can still have your "treats and cheats" foods and even wine! (Hooray! WINE!)
