Brazillian Butt Lift: Master's Series Challenge!


Spend a week in Punta Cana, you may have some serious BOOTY Envy!! I know I sure did!! I've worked hard on my health and fitness but I think my booty could use a tune up so I got together with a couple freinds and we decided we are going to go for it and create a Big A$$ Challenge Group, literally!  All focused on the Booty!

We had so many freinds rave about the results the had from trying this program some time ago so we were hooked!

What Will I Eat?

So I use whats called the Portion Fix program.  I will just incorporate that into my 30 day program and follow it closely. For more info on the Portion Fix click HERE. But basically its clean eating in a balanced way which we call 80/20 nutrition.  

You eat clean 80% of the time and 20% is cheats and treats. I found that if I used that mentality it allowed me to stay on track far more than depriving myself!Your Tips for Success
