Prepared to be OBSESSED (November - December)

I want to help people get ready for a new program 80 Day Obsession launching Jan 15th, 2018.

 I have been workout out in an Elimination Beta Test group this past month because I want to prepare for the BIG launch!

So far the members of my group have completed 21 Day Fix, Chisel (from The Masters Hammer & Chisel), the sneak peek of A Little Obsessed ( a mini version of 80 Day Obsession to give us a taste of what the program will be like) and 21 Day Fix Extreme. 

 So, what do we do now as we wait for the launch of this ground-breaking new program? A MASHUP!!!



The next 4 weeks will be dedicated to a mashup of 21 Day Fix, Chisel and 21 Day Fix Extreme. I found this awesome calendar  created by Autumn Calabrese herself that starts this Monday, November 27th and takes us up to the LAUNCH of A Little Obsessed on December 20th.

What do you need for these workouts? 

 For 21 Day Fix & 21 Day Fix Extreme you need light, medium and heavy dumbbells as well as a resistance band with handles (we use a band that has a 15lb resistance). 

For Chisel you need light, medium and heavy weights, as well as a bench and a pull-up bar. If you don’t have a bench and pull-up bar its ok. I show you how to perform the moves on the ground, on a stability ball or with a resistance band and door attachment. 

 Most importantly you need access to Beachbody On Demand. Some of the workouts listed on the calendar are only available on Beachbody On Demand and if you are getting ready for 80 Day Obsession, well you’ll need BOD for that as well because this program will not be released on DVD. Clean Beef Stew

Beef Stew

This healthier Beef Stew begins with a lean cut of beef and maintains that classic low and slow stew flavor you know and love.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1½ lbs. raw lean beef stew meat, boneless
1½ medium onions chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco)
½ to 1 cup low-sodium organic beef broth (or vegetable broth)
1 bay leaf
8 oz. small button mushrooms cut in half
2 medium celery stalks cut into 1-inch slices
2 medium carrots sliced
2 medium potatoes cubed
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley (for garnish; optional)

Instructions

Heat oil in large saucepot over medium-high heat.

Add beef; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beef is browned.

Add onions; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onions are translucent.

Add tomatoes, soy sauce, hot sauce, ½ cup broth, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, covered, for 40 minutes, adding additional broth as needed.

Add mushrooms, celery, carrots, and potatoes; cook, covered, for an additional 12 to 18 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and beef is fork tender.

Garnish evenly with parsley if desired.

But what do REALLY you need to know??

A Little Obsessed workout program is a 5-day introduction program to prepare people for 80 Day Obsession. These workouts are shorter, easier versions of the 80 Day Obsession program and will include a 5-day meal plan and calendar. Here are a couple of important dates for A Little Obsessed to keep in mind:

• November 6 - November 17: A Little Obsessed will be available exclusively to Beachbody on Demand members as a live stream event. This means, starting on November 6, each day's workout will be available for live stream at 9am PST and stay up for 24 hours for only BOD members to try. A total of 5 workouts will be available - one for each day between 11/6 - 11/10.

• December 20th - January 14, 2018: A Little Obsessed will return to Beachbody On Demand, so everyone can try it out and ramp up for the launch of 80Day Obsession. It will be in home page of Beachbody On Demand, so you can try it FREE, even if you aren't a member! Hurry and sign up, because this won't last forever!
