This is a great example of a typical week- you can spread your meals out as you wish- 5-6 smaller meals is preferable.

We usually keep it pretty simple to start so you don't get overwhelmed and choose from the approved foods lists, food you enjoy. That is KEY! If you don't enjoy it, you won't stick to it PERIOD.
