Transform 20: So whats the cost?

What’s included in Transform: 20?

2 Prep Workouts – Do these before you begin the program to get an idea of what’s to come! You can do those in December in my VIP launch group. We are going to be doing Shaun T’s prep schedule as a group.

36 Unique Workouts – Each day has a different 20-minute workout done in real time with no do-overs or repeats to keep you engaged and motivated.

6 Bonus Routines – These can be done in addition to your regular workouts or on days off.

6 Bonus Weighted Workouts – These full-body workouts utilize dumbbells to take your workout up a notch.

Transformers – Each workout features three 1-minute physical challenges that repeat weekly. You use the tracking sheet that comes with your kit to write your number of reps for each transformer and the goal is to beat out your number from the week prior.

Transform 20: Launch!


If you follow me on my Instagram account you can see my daily stories on the program as we go thru the release!

I was asked to run my own exclusive beta test group for this NEW program with Trainer Shaun T called Transform: 20.

The only equipment that you need for this program is a step. Shaun T created this 20-minute workout program to shred and tone your entire body.

The workouts are 6 days a week, 20 minutes long and each workout focuses on your entire body! I mean just look at these results?! I am just jaw dropped!!



There are 3 high-intensity intervals called “transformers” where you track your reps and each week the goal is to beat your last weeks' number. Each week you can see your own progress and improvement.

The program has a modifier and I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has a basic level of fitness and is ready to really improve their strength and cardio endurance.

Bean Pasta Lo Mein

(MAKES 1 SERVING) 

TOTAL TIME: 21 MIN.
PREP TIME: 15 MIN.
COOKING TIME: 6 MIN.

Ingredients

2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil ¼ tsp. freshly grated ginger (or 1 dash ground ginger) (optional)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup sliced veggies (like mushrooms, bell pepper, snap peas, and/or sprouts)
1 (12-oz.) coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage) (approx. 6 cups) bag
1 cup cooked black bean spaghetti (or bean pasta), warm*
1 medium green onion, finely chopped


Directions

1. To make the dressing, combine soy sauce, oil, ginger (if desired), and garlic in a small bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.
2. Heat large nonstick skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium-high heat.
3. Add veggies and coleslaw mix; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until veggies are tender-crisp.
4. Combine spaghetti, veggies, and dressing in a medium bowl; toss gently to blend.
5. Garnish with green onion and enjoy!

Tips:
Jarred minced garlic (or frozen garlic cubes) are great swaps for fresh garlic cloves.

To make gluten-free, you can substitute reduced-sodium tamari soy sauce for reduced-sodium soy sauce

LIIFT4: 30 Minutes to Lift, HIIT, Rest & Repeat

What is LIIFT4?

LIIFT4 is a no-nonsense combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and scorch fat. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize and focus each rep on the muscle group you're working. Every workout ends with a core routine for a full body build and burn that leaves you shredded. Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
¼ tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. peanut butter (or almond butter)

Instructions

In bowl, beat egg and add almond milk. Stir until well-mixed.
Add Shakeology, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until mixture forms a batter.
Spray a large, microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. Pour in batter.
Microwave for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds. I check the mug cake after 1 minute because I like mine a little gooey.
When done, turn out onto a plate, top with peanut butter and enjoy!!

Beachbar's Have Launched!!

SO Busy and finding a limited ingredient bar is TOUGH these days!! The sugar content alone is surreal! Finding one that keeps you full that you can pack - what is your go-to!?

RX Bars, Kind Bar, Lara, Quest, Clif?? But the SUGAR content?! I really didn't realize it!

I'm so EXCITED to launch this bar! But what is BEACHBAR?


These delicious snack bars are packed with 10 grams and protein and come in at just 150 calories.

There are no artificial flavors or preservatives and they’re gluten-free.

Spring Fling - Simple Fitness Real Results



Summer is literally AROUND the corner! My challengers simply have gotten AMAZING results with these programs. Maybe you are looking for a tune up or to get ahead in time for Spring?

I'm Too Busy

I’m a mom, wife and business owner and I know how quickly I can put myself on the end of the priority list!! Mom guilt, its REAL! We feel like we have to be the “Julie the Cruise Director” of everything but our own life!

STOP- and lets get real for a minute. It all does NOT have to be PERFECT either! Nothing is! Its messy, we make mistakes, we don’t get it right the first, second, sometimes THIRD time!! NO MORE! There is always going to be a million other things that will take priority if we don’t put US FIRST! Listen if “Julie” goes down, the ship comes to a screeching HAULT!

What I have learned is taking time for myself makes me a better mom, wife and overall human being. So investing in my health and fitness for a 30 day group, YES I deserve this!
My Exercise Time is My ME Time

My exercise is my therapy! Its ME taking care of me for just 30 minutes a day so I can get on with the rest of my day, have a better attitude and check that damn box!! EVERYTHING is better when I get to have that time to myself! It doesn’t disrupt my daily flow and I feel like a million bucks when its done!

Fuel Your Body Right

I fuel my body with good food and I have the energy to work my full time business, and keep up with my almost 9 and 11 year old kids!

I drink Shakeology daily and it is my insurance policy that boosts my immune system, gives me 1 meal a day I don’t have to cook or think about and I’m getting what I need to function at my BEST.

I know that no matter what the day throws at me I can count on one of my meals to have literally everything I need to keep me at my best, my digestion at its peek and literally a daily dose of dense nutrition. Some days we cobble our meals together and I need one LESS thing to thing about!

I learned how to eat clean and I taught my family, my kids and my husband to eat the same way! Workouts have become a part of our lifestyle and I feel passionate about passing it along to others!
What do I Eat?

The meal plan is based on a fool proof portion control system. Once you learn it you can apply it to literally anything. But don't worry, I help all my challengers learn this system so they are set up for success! All Challengers use Shakeology so they have at least 30 meals they don't have to cook but at the same time get dense whole food nutrition.



The rest of the meal plan is clean eating. Even if that is a foreign concept to you, I walk every Challenger thru a "Prep Week" where they learn HOW to meal prep, even giving video tutorials and cheat sheets to ease everyone in. Even if you have experience here, there is always more to learn.

We subscribe to an 80/20 eating lifestyle. 80% clean and 20% not so clean (love those cheat meals!) This is the make or break part since you cannot out train bad nutrition.
What is this Groups Focus?

This month my focus is preparing for Spring and Summer in a way that is sustainable.  We all want results FAST but I want you LEARN something and have lasting results past this group! So instead of wasting your time on something that your trying for that "Hail Mary" pass just before Summer or a vacation, TRY THIS! Something that is going to get you

So why am I telling you this? Well, because times are changing for fitness as well. It is still the same process to getting healthy and feeling your best. You have to put in the work to get the results and there is no quick fix. 80 Day Obsession Phase 1 Modified



Phase 1 is Done!

What is that? That is basically my first 4 weeks of this  13 week program! I really didn’t know WHAT to expect and when I started this program- especially since I had a broken ankle when I began exactly one week after my clients.
