I am so excited to share my feedback from the live workout I completed this past weekend at our leadership conference. I will be really honest with you. I was not excited about this program when I first heard about it. I actually wasn’t going to do the program. But then I went to our leadership retreat and Elise who is the creator of the program did a live workout. My MIND IS FOREVER CHANGED!! Her energy is incredible, the workout is challenging yet low impact and I am pretty sure her body inspired me enough to go all in. What Is Barre Blend?

Barre Blend is a new low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program from our very own barre expert, professional dancer, and 3 Week Yoga Retreat co-creator Elise Joan.



Elise has created the perfect fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training, designed to help you burn fat and create a lean, toned physique.

The workouts are 30–40 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 60 days. Elise leads you through each workout in real-time, which makes you feel like you’re in a high-end barre studio with a super-supportive community.

It’s meant to be challenging, but as Elise says, you have to defy your limits if you want to define your body.

What Kinds of Workouts Are Included in Barre Blend?

Elise takes inspiration from her years as a professional dancer and fitness instructor to design full-body workouts that include high-rep, small-range movements and isometric holds, as well as compound exercises, targeted core work, and dynamic stretches.

Although each class is a total-body workout, Elise adds a special body-part focus each day for extra-targeted toning.

And to make sure you get the best results possible, Elise adds cardio interval training to each workout to keep your heart rate up and help you burn maximum calories and fat.
No Ballet Barre or Dance Experience Is Required

That’s right, you don’t need a ballet barre to do Barre Blend. You can use the back of a strong and secure chair, your couch, a counter, or just about any sturdy household object that’s the right height.

You’ll use light weights and optional Beachbody Resistance Loops to bring the burn while strengthening and toning all over.

I love that Beachbody is always keeping it interesting!! I literally NEVER get bored with their catalog of programs!! I am so excited for this next program!

I LOVE workouts that are fast-paced, challenging and is going to build on intensity each and every week!!

Jericho McMatthews, Beachbody’s super trainer, is a mom and she will kick your butt in every way!! The Morning Meltdown 100 program is fun, challenging and doable for EVERYONE regardless of your fitness level. I have had the opportunity to test out Morning Meltdown 100 thru an exclusive test workout and with a few friends. The program is AMAZING! So let me take some time to give you the full details on what you can expect!


What is MM100?

Morning Meltdown 100 is designed to help you unlock the best version of yourself by committing to completing 100 workouts!!! It might sound crazy, but I promise that with a little discipline and accountability YOU CAN DO IT!

Every morning, Beachbody Super Trainer and Core de Force co-creator Jericho McMatthews is going to lead you through a 20-30 minute workout that can help you rev up your metabolism, burn fat all day, and build your best body ever — all working toward helping you live your BEST LIFE.
