Top Team Coach Summit 2017: New Orleans!

Coach Summit was in New Orleans this year!! The BIG EASY BABY!

It was amazing! This is my 3rd Coach Summit since I became  a Coach in 2014! Another EPIC year and event!  I went to Nashville for the past 2 years and this years but this year we were in New Orleans! What an amazing city an an epic venue for this years Conference and Celebration!

Fun, networking, opportunities to learn and grow.  Super workouts with celebrity trainers and more!

What is Summit?

Its basically like our Super Bowl!! Once a year, when all the Coaches in the company come together to attend an epic 3 Day event and Conference that celebrates our achievements in the business as well as gives us a chance to network and meet others coaches we work and team up with!

Summit Nashville 2015

My first summit was in 2015, I was just a coach for 10 months and I was ready! I was a brand new Diamond Coach in my first 3 months of coaching because I advanced rank during a rank push group! The Push group is something that helps you challenge you to goal set and push outside of your comfort zone!  For me that is EXACTLY what I needed to help me focus and actually have confidence in myself.  I could not wait to soak up the accomplishments WE had made as a team.  Our team was the number one team in the company that year for the FIRST TIME! iI was really proud of that goal because I was part of it! My Coach - was awarded Top Coach for the first time!

I was truly honored to stand beside her with our team as we celebrated on stage that first year!

Summit Nashville 2016 

I was so excited! My second Summit and I still had that fire!! I knew what I was in for and I wanted to take it all in.  I listened to all the speakers at the general sessions and the workshops and thought to myself.  Why NOT me? What is it they are doing that I can't?

There were all kinds of people from all walks of life.  Lawyers, stay at home mom's, physical therapists, HR Leaders like myself, independent business owners there was not set demographic for what made a GOOD Coach.  Some worked at this part time or full time, it didn't matter. they made it their own. I had been working my part time job in HR Leadership and Coaching on the side as a hobby, however,

I started to thing about what the possibilities could really mean for me.  I could actually create a new possibility for myself.  A new potential full time career?

I made sure I was at the front of the room every single session workshop and general session.   I wanted to soak it all in! I was inspired by all these different people that made this a reality in their lives.  “If they can do it, why can’t I.”

I started to push a little harder and set some stretch goals for myself like leaving my full time job to have the flexibility to coach full time.   I had no idea what I was doing but I had the drive, to make it happen, and the determination to meet my goal.

Some of those barriers included I had a lot more to learn about social media, I was not at my goal weight.  There were definitely people close to me that didn't believe in me at the beginning.  Many thought I would fail or that this was a passing phase.  Instead of listening to all that noise, I just filled my cup every day through personal development which meant lots of books, audio books and pod casts.  There was an almost immediate change in me! I needed to develop the skills it would take to build a business, leadership and create a following in my business.  I learned to Goggle what I didn't know or watch it on YouTube.  My up line had trainings available too so I would participate in everything I could!

I put my head down and worked.  I had a plan and I knew it would take consistency and hard work to achieve it.  I was 100% on board

Summit New Orleans 2017 This Year!

In 2017 I was a Success Club 5 Legend for the very first time! That was definitely an amazing experience. We are given extra rewards, access to events early and more. My hard work and consistency paid off.  But the thing is its all because I decided to stop listening to the nay sayers and believe in MYSELF! To actually follow thru with that crazy voice in my heart that told me it is possible!

The thing is, I was working full time in a Human Resource Leadership role, building a business on the side for about 2.5 years.  I attended this years Summit as a Full Time Coach! Yes I RETIRED myself from 23 years of a corporate career like I had planned just one year earlier! That is what made this year that much sweater but my GOALS for next year that much BIGGER!

Seeing my name on this board meant alot!! Over 32 months setting a benchmark for myself and CRUSHING it every single month! It was a personal goal I set for myself that translates into hundreds of people that were helped to reach THEIR goals! 

It was so amazing  and inspirational, like it is every single year!  The training at summit was incredible and I can say that I am just beyond fired up for all the new product launches to come!

 Team Beachbody never ceases to amaze me with their product development, their innovations and their future plans for the company! Its hard NOT to get fired up when you have all this amazing energy around you! If you have never experienced it I highly recommend it!

For 2 1/2 days we get to workout with the trainers, Autumn Calabrese, Tony Horton, Chris Downing, Shaun T and more! Plus we attend trainings with Keynote Speakers and Top Leaders to help advance our business and leadership skills.

The parties are amazing they know how to treat us! The Success Club party was amazing and held at Mardi Gras World on the river.  This is where they house all the floats for the Mardi Gras parades! They create them all year long- this place was off the HOOK! 

Live bands and the who's who of Beachbody mingled and partied in this amazing venue that seemed to never end!! Oh and the Fireworks!  Yep they had fireworks too!! Its really a surreal event every year.  I always wonder how they will top it! 

The Summit Celebration 2017

Once again we were announced as the Top Team in Beachbody 3 years running! My mentor and Coach, Melanie Mitro the Top Coach!!

We had the chance to walk the stage again this year which was so amazing to me.  I know this has been a blessing in my life but to be surrounded by and to have my own success in this business is pretty amazing to me.

I dreamed for this and worked for it, so to have it become reality was just a banner moment.  And I still have more to do!!

 Post party and freinds! One of my favorite parts of Summit is hanigng with my freinds that I work with on line but do not see in person but a few times a year!!
