1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats, 1 Scoop Protein Powder, 1/8 C Slivered Almonds, 1/8 C Dried Cranberries, Dash of Cinnamon. Follow the directions to make the oatmeal, add your mix ins and BAM!! Enjoy!!
