Phase 1 is Done!
What is that? That is basically my first 4 weeks of this 13 week program! I really didn’t know WHAT to expect and when I started this program- especially since I had a broken ankle when I began exactly one week after my clients. I was so excited about this NEW nutrition plan and 80 days of workouts that never repeat! The focus?? Abs, Arms and backside!
I have to say that I'm really surprised and excited by my results so far. I did it starting with a broken ankle that I am continuing to rehab and modify as needed. With all that said I STILL have results!!

80 Day Obsession launched on January 15, 2018. Each week’s workouts launched on Saturdays until all 80 workouts are live on Beachbody On Demand, where they’ll stay permanently so you can do the program as many times as you want.Phase 1 What Does that Look Like?

Results in Phase 1
Phase 1 is just 4 weeks long. But its pretty amazing what you can do in that short amount of time!Looking GREAT which just fuels the fire for the next Phase! Going strong into Phase 2 and here is some inspiration for the end of the program!!
